Mr. Herman has over 40 years of experience in property management and real estate brokerage. Richard holds licenses in Ohio as both an attorney and a real estate broker. He has actively managed more than 3 million square feet of retail space and has facilitated new deals and renewals for landlords with nationally recognized retailers like Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Kohl's, PetSmart, Hobby Lobby, Advance Auto, and Sam's Club, among others. Mr. Herman is a principal at Capitol Commercial Property Management LLC and Capitol Real Estate Advisors Inc. and is an active member of ICSC.

Mr. Mokas is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry. He graduated from The Ohio State University and earned an MBA from Ohio University, reinforcing the Buckeye State as his home base. Throughout his real estate career, he has leased and managed regional retail shopping centers, neighborhood centers, and small multi-tenant strip centers. Moreover, he has overseen, owned, and managed over 1,000 apartment units. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President at the Casto Organization, where he oversaw over 27 million square feet of retail strip centers and more than 7,000 apartment units.

With over 40 years of experience, Eric is a seasoned facilities property management professional. An Ohio native (having lived in Cleveland, Columbus, and Cincinnati), Eric has spent the last 20+ years executing property management strategies throughout the southeast as well as Puerto Rico. He has held the title of VP of operations with multiple companies, having earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The Ohio State University, specializing in finance and accounting. He received EMI certification from the University of Maryland Executive Management Institute. He has received numerous accolades and rewards for service excellence throughout his career.

John has over 40 years of real estate investment experience. He's been active in all aspects of both commercial and residential real estate, as well as management of commercial and residential property. John is both a lawyer and a certified public accountant. He brings a meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of every real estate transaction or investment. A graduate of Duke University Law school, John is a proud member of the CAPCOM team.

With over 35 years of experience in real estate accounting, Marc has been actively engaged in the financial management of both commercial and residential properties. He is a certified public accountant who demonstrates meticulous attention to detail concerning all financial elements associated with each property or investment. As a graduate of The Ohio State University, Marc takes great pride in being a member of the CAPCOM team.
